Trent Improvement Network (UK) gets it!

In looking around for online innovations I came across the Trent Improvement Network, a part of the UK’s National Health Service. In my view, this is one of the best examples of using the web for informing, connecting and publishing.

They have it all: directories of people and resources, events, best practice toolkits (‘steal with pride’), vacancy postings, jargon and acronym glossaries, and the feature which led us to find them – RSS.
