Checking blog on intro resources for going wireless

In preparation for become more wired and less wired, I’m looking seriously at WiFi. As with all new technology, this one is in evolution. Many times I want to work alone; just don’t want to be alone. Taking the notebook to the market or a local coffee shop is OK. Right now it means no connection to email, the web, or the collaboration spaces in which I work.

Glenn Fleishman offers this blog on the alphabet soup of 811.02 that provides just enough information to understand wireless, the differences in the standards, and where to go for additional details
