DB design and mish-mash info

Received from key info staff:

For your entertainment…we keep adding to the “Mish-Mash” file and we’d appreciate it if you could scan it and suggest how we
can set up a system that can help us make use of the info.

For. eg. there are conference programs and listings- although the date of conference may pass, the names, topics of presenters are useful over time.

Or, listings of publications which we do not have, but the info would be important.  Do we put those lists in reference?

News clippings?

THE MISH-MASH FILE (a blue one) is on my computer table; it has your name on it.  Thanks for any advice!
