We are almost ready to proceed systematically on the next phase of our system optimization plan. This entails an evaluative comparison of the structure of this information system in relation to the work of this organization.
In effect we will examine the nature of the requests, the expectations of Board, funder requirements, and such other factors as you identify and compare them to the outputs of the system, the organization of system files (electronic and paper), the ability of the content of those files to meet the identified requirements with quality.
No part of this system will remain untouched or unidentified.
Before proceeding, it is important that we first review current work, discuss the impact of the above proposal on operations/policy and
its implications for the system.
