Visual overload

Spent the entire morning doing Visi-Calculations for FNS then read computer stuff while eating lunch and
in the john. Now, on the subway to work I feel a need to be quiet, listen and shut out input in order to
regain control of the self. The moving videotext and signs in the subway are annoying and I’m finding
pleasure in looking at things stationary – posters, the station, waiting people.

This could be a sign of the future. As input and movement increase we will seek out still beauty, art and
companion who can share times, experiences, and understanding.
